Dream Head 14 was released alongside Dream Head 13, Dark Tahlia and Black Code 02!
He was not mentioned to be part of any existing storyline and did not have a promo story.
Dream Head 13 and 14 are the same sculpt with different faceup styles.

Dream Head 14 cost $120 at release, or as a free gift provided if spending $500.
