Available only as a prize awarded to three lucky customers who ordered a Black Elf Sha.
T.B.E.Sha was released alongside Black Elf Sha, a open-eyed version of the same sculpt released on the DOI body,
as well as Tender Elf Sha who was sent with qualifying orders during the event period.
He was not mentioned to be part of any existing storyline and did not have a promo story.
