Black Lahoo was released alongside Black Camine & Black Shall. They do not have a storyline associated with them.
Black Lahoo is an tan version of Lahoo.
There were apparently 14 Black Lahoo made - 7 for International and 7 within Korea.

* Eyes: "16mm random glass eyes ( you can't choose the color)"
* Wig: "as shown on picture ( slight variation as it is hand-made)"
* Faceup: "Make-up ( slight variation as it is hand-made, and it's done by DOD make-up artist.)"
* "two extra hands. ( one is thumps-up and the other is promised pattern. )"
