My Valentine Head 2 was released alongside My Valentine Head 1 and My Valentine Head 3!
He was not mentioned to be part of any existing storyline and did not have a promo story.

My Valentine Head 2 cost $120 at release. The event details have been lost, but we can assume from previous events one head would be sent free with qualifying orders.
My Valentine Head 2 comes with:
