Tahlia was released alongside Code no.03 and Code no.05 They are part of the "Mist City" promo storyline.
Tahlia had a limited version in tan skin, Dark Tahlia released between 1st April - 30th April 2014, alongside a rerelease of Black Code 02.
Tahlia is a human sculpt.
