DOI Cross Match 5: Code 02
First Release: 20th January 2010 - 13th February 2010.
Second Release: 24th December 2010 - 22nd January 2011.
Cross Match 05 was released for the first time after the original Cross Matches 1-4, 20 days after his DOT form was released.
Cross Match 05 is a DOI variant of DOT Code 02.

Cross Match 04 - Code 02 cost $540 at release.
Cross Match 04 comes with:
